Bit unlucky with these gambles is Sean Davis because he also down as the trainer when there was an almighty punt on Jaafel at Dundalk (9-1 into evens) in March, which he rode himself.
He left it to the champ this time but unfortunately for them got the same finishing position. |

Incidentally, after that gamble on Jaafel, which was its only start for Davis, the horse was moved to Charles Byrnes. Well, thar ya go.
