I couldn't see what might have been lucky for Washington Heights when he won at Newmarket recently despite the 33/1 SP that day.  Yet today he is generally priced at 14/1 while the two who finished second and third that day are priced up as low as 7/2 and 9/2.  Washington Heights likes to get to the front early and York should suit him again, he has finished a very respectable 2nd on his two previous appearances here. He looks as though he could be improving markedly as a 4 year old and 14/1 seems a very fair price.
One of is rivals that is usually over-backed, Marshman, is available today at 33/1.  If you put his bad run in the Newmarket race down to moodiness in the first time hood, it appeared to me that he took little interest in the race, then 33/1 looks very generous compared to the odds he normally goes off at.

Good luck wide open feel to this, going to give Shouldhavebeenaring another chance
disappointing in Abernant but group 1 form of last year gives it a real chance here
often misses break but hopefully not today bit of late money on here and an ew (4) chance

backed spycatcher and azure blue, couldn't let her go unbacked at 16/1 when the best horse in the race and despite the negative talk that she might need the run.

yes Foyles, but it was 1.02, not matched. I don't often put them that short but have had them beaten shorter when I've not put a lay bet and I knew he would hit the front at some stage. The place was an e.w. bet 14/1 4 places.  Unfortunately he couldn't finish in front of Mill Stream again.  Two improving 4 year olds.
