MJK, you're dealing with people who backed the winner. They would say their horse was unbeatable, wouldn't they. Maybe he was but he didn't exactly make it look easy. I'm not a great jockey blamer, but he didn't seem to use the huge length of the race to Arrest's advantage given how important pace is at Chester.

I never bet in the race. Anybody that thinks Arrest would have beaten the winner today with another jockey on board has been on the Buckfast. Best horse won easy.

No one said he would have won. The finish might have been more exciting (something that racing is supposed to offer). The winner did not make it look easy; he was open to be shot at, but no one did.

I get your point Colonel. Actually, having not had a bet and seen your thread, believe it or not, I was wanting Arrest to win for you! I can`t even say "unlucky" as imo it wouldn`t have won whatever way it had been ridden. Good luck with your next bets.
