Bad Newmarket. Doubles, trebles and accas down the swanney. The only consolation is 33/1 vouchers remaining for Ylang Ylang for Epsom.

True.
Unless you throw the occasional dart, or you are privvy to information, you cannot win pre-race betting on this garbage. Results now are as bookmaker friendly - handicaps and Group races - as they have ever been. Part of the explanation has to be the mediocrity of the weighing room. You can't trust any of them a yard, and the trainers are not too far behind in the reliability stakes. That's the punting reality, yet we are constantly spun this endless cheerleading yarn. |

Horse racing bent as ... Always has been but 100 worst thanks to the betting exchanges !
The main culprit , they all need closing down imo . A breeding ground for corruption . Any one can back a loser if you are in the know ! It`s not about backing winners anymore , losers are guaranteed , 100% . |

'acey', it was a bitter disappointment more so than Auguste Rodin last season. And, too many unreasonable excuses soon after except undercooked, and his midget size put me off the horse entirely; his Epsom target ain't for me even at 8/1.
On the other hand I think Ylang Ylang for The Oaks and ARC (3/1 and 50/1 respectively) represent value, to me. Btw City Of Troy is 10/1 with Betvictor/Sly for the latter. Are they for real? |

Thought you lot were meant to be seasoned pros - this sounds like a Betfred shop at 5.00 on a saturday afternoon.
'Its all bent!' 'The jockeys are all useless!' ..and you'll all be back to do the same all over again tomorrow. |

BetFair's own stats that 1.11% (No, really, not Diane Abbotts 1.11%) make it worthwhile demonstrates that for most, the OP is correct in the title of this thread.

Rico....,it can be done pre-race, but only with very selective race type selection....just my own experience to date since March 12th...my return to UK.
