If you google "betting journal" there appear to a surprising amount of options available on Amazon etc.
I would imagine most people (that bother) to keep records use excel to construct/customise their own though, as I can't imagine the format of any pre-printed paper copy is going to exactly meet the varying needs of most people. Also on excel, the ability to "filter" and import/export data is invaluable, probably both for the successful bettor and also for the "holy grail" system seekers. |

At Noble Macmillan prices you risk triggering an affordability check.
There are cheap betting journals on Amazon -- use Look Inside to check the format, although they won't have the expensive paper and leather binding. If all else fails, and no racecourse bookseller appears with a stash of NMac's old stock, knock up the same format in Word and see if you can buy high-quality paper to print it on. |
