Just had notification that my two bets in this race are void. Reason not given and I can't be arsed phoning them up to find out why. A place bet and a match bet. Both winners.

Perhaps you bet the matched bet when the race was in running. The market was still LIVE for it. So all bets placed after the OFF would be obviously VOID.
It looks like someone pressed the wrong button suspending the main market and left the A v B market in play instead. |

Matched bets market is always suspended at the OFF as stated in the market Rules.

I thought something like that might have happened mac because I had no sooner played and switched on the bf vid and the race was in running by three or four furlongs.
