Jennie Candlish taking this over from Staffs to try to get some Irish prize money less than a year after ac quiring him from Harringtons stable.
Must have known was a good thing when hacking up at Leicester in a seller last October on soft ground and went to 21k to buy it back, just touched off at Newmarket afterwards in a C3 from 83 on heavy ground.
Ran 6th in Lincoln a neck behind the Irish Lincoln winner, booked Shamie to ride and has been backed overnight from 14/1-5/1, you would think has a decent chance.
From the home contingent i would have thought that Casanova has a decent EW chance having finished 4th, 3rd and 4th again in last 3 Irish Lincolns and has Caffrey on top today so potentially 5lb better in from this years 3 length 4th on heavy ground.
