I'm staying in the laying mode and even that's tough at best. Lots of opportunities for the layers and being one of them I'm going to hopefully win 100 by laying Uncle Philip in the 13:15 at Ayr. Trainer and pilot in fine form but I have plenty on my side and it's never won in the UK previously.
No doubt it will be fancied my many but it's form doesn't stack up for me. Should it go near favouritism I may go in again. g/l all.
Don't get stroppy because someone questions your logic. The relevant stat for consideration would be "how do mullins first time in the uk perform". I don't have that - do you?

No stroppy here just asking your opinion on the race.
I doubt anyone could answer that question. There's no stats for that at a guess. Thirteen goes and fancies this race in the UK. Maybe he thinks it's a weak race. But as you are that interested feel free to put up your selection.

Good luck stew , iffy criteria for me though with that statement considering Irish horses in general come over here for easier pickings as opposed to difficult tasks.

Pretty sure it's an easy stat to get from someone with horseracebase or similar. You brought up the issue as if it was relevant to your thought process.
Mullins has a fair amount of runners at ayr today, so presumably he is simply attracted by prize money and the opportunity to run horses in thir class.

Thanks Hayden I'll most probably need it in my new venture but nothing ventured, nothing gained as they say. I know what you mean by the criteria but it's been well published over the years how the Irish horses are treated favourably over here.
I don't think this Mullins horse had but time will tell.

An easy pick up. Fancy a Sirloin tonight with all the trimmings. Still 100% strike rate in my new venture. That said I'm going to cut my prices a rad as it only takes a 5-6/1 winner to blooter one.

Mullins was recently 0/70. Or something worse than that,in hcp chases in Britain, think he had a winner this year, but stats are shocking.
Best guess 1/100 total recall in hennesey and one other this year.
