Might I - 2.20 Aintree

Showed decent form in a couple of handicap hurdles off marks of 142 & 145 at the beginning of last year. He began this season over fences, though having failed to totally convince as a Novice Chaser, he was back over hurdles for this years running of the coral Cup Cheltenham last month.
Might I was on the back foot from the start there, taking time to get into his stride, a couple of sloppy jumps at the first 2 hurdles, and a real stopper when slithering on landing over the 5th, which essentially gave him an impossible task.
He continued, and eventually finished a well beaten 13th of 21.
On the plus side, Might I has been dropped a further 2lb to a mark of 140, has shown decent form previously over CD when runner up to Three Stripe Life as a novice hurdler at this meeting a couple of years ago, And his previous handicap hurdling form suggests he's well in here off his current mark.

Odds of 25 on here, and 18/1 with the books seem generous.

FRERO BANBOU - 4.05 Aintree

Frero Banbou began the season over the National Fences, running a fine 3rd to Gesskille in the Grand Sefton off a mark of 133. Several decent runs followed ( mark increased to 140 when runner up to Shakem Up'arry on New Years day ), and he was far from disgraced when 6th to the same horse in this years plate at the Festival off 133.
He's been dropped to 131, has shown he runs the Course well, goes on the ground, and has 10st 02lb on his back. Odds of 14/1 seem ok to me.

Good Luck
