Considering they're at pains to play Corbett's Cross late thought it was a strange ride by Mark Walsh going for his race before the second last, then ducking back inside just before the last.

I backed Ahoy Senor at 14s ew 3 places

Gerri is like a machine in consistency. Has he ever flopped?

Corbetts Cross Did well considering the step up in class and the fact that it is inexperienced and younger than those that finished in front today, don't think the rider did anything wrong tbh.

yes he,s about 20% as good as scudamore and co think he is, he,s got 2nd because every horse including winner hasnt run its race, nice little  payout when it happens, but you have to back it every race to make sure you dont miss out and we all no how it ends

Agree to disagree, always runs well at Aintree and did so again. Your dislike of connections view of the horse is clouding your judgement Cool

If you'd backed it every time it ran you would be well pleased I reckon

Fair enough 1tp, I would agree that he's not top class
But he's a trier and travelled well through that race

Ahoy Senor rated 12lb lower than Gerri (2nd in Gold Cup) and beaten half a length but is no good?

The whole field were all there two out some seen it out better than others most ran their race.

its ran well in gold cup till falling
its ran well at newbury
you need to ignore it all season, hope it underperforms, hope most of the opposition on the day underperorm to land the place money
probably known as a shrewdies bet but not for me,all about opinions
if he was ever going to beat that field it would have been today and he didnt
