I've still never had the origin of that truly explained Anyway back to your point. Their business model is happier to take £8 from a million people that have't a clue than a grand from someone who might. Seaside maybe you've been caught in the net, perhaps not for the first time. |

This is where the human race is now. Sadly they have infested the "bookmaking" World. What's the bloody difference between 13 notes and 8 notes and a few pennies. It's a sickness they have. They don't want to lose 8 notes but will risk losing 5 or 6. Scary stuff.

They have to put the limit somewhere, otherwise you could keep adding a penny and ask why they're willing to take £8.39 and not £8.40, then £8.41, £8.42 until £1000.
