Really detest this course for jumpers, do favs ever win here? Seem to remember Cobden having a dire day here last time, looks like same story tdy and of course the outsider of 3 btn 28 lngths last time for Oily Murphy does in. So wish it had been off, Poxy dump.

The performance of GALWAY MAHLER (IRE), which started favourite and was pulled up, was considered. Karen Jewell’s explanation that the gelding was unsuited by the Going, which was officially described as Heavy, Soft in places and would prefer a quicker surface was noted, the Veterinary Officer examined GALWAY MAHLER (IRE) during routine testing and had nothing to report.

The performance of HOSTILE HOTELIER (IRE), which was pulled up, was considered. The representative of Jennie Candlish's explanation that the gelding was unsuited by the Going, which was officially described as Heavy, Soft in places and would prefer a quicker surface was noted. if she knew it was going to be unsuited by the Going, which was officially described as Heavy, Soft in places and she knew it would prefer a quicker surface

why did she run it at Lingfield on ground officially described as Heavy ?   think that meeting was actually in jeopardy given the dire state of the ground.  but she had no issues running it and watching it win.

then comes out and says "yeah, clearly can't run on heavy can it ... "
