I would have expected it to be gambled and reflect so in the market before the off.

... they either had nowt on or hid their money well.

Well done connections.

Caught Gay by complete surprise. Horses can make a fool of you. Shocked

Owners now say that it has been working well in complete contradiction what Gay and Hayley said.

It would make you laugh.

Owners are nearly always more bullish than trainers and jockeys.  It was a rubbish race and someone had to win it (which, aftertime alert, is why I had £2 on each of the two rags).

Well done Ramruna nice return for pennies.

I agree with what you said but Point I am making is that Owners said complete opposite of what trainer and jockey said post race.

Trainer/Jockey = showing nothing and fell out of stall recent workout

Owners = been going well at home

Either trainer and jockey been telling them lies or owners talking a lot of rubbish.

Both can`t be right. Do they all think that the public are stupid?

As I said, owners are always over-optimistic. Part of the reason is that for the last six months the trainer has been bull**** them about its promise on the gallops in order to stop the owner moving the horse to another yard that might actually run it in a race.

We used to get info from a Classic-winning yard via one of the owners. Completely pointless. Same with a greyhound owner who used to bet in our shop. You'd do better canvassing the mums as to whose little darling will win the school's egg and spoon race on sports day.

If Gay Kelleway was expecting that win, it would have been 5/1.

Knock out jobs at SP still happen around the shops when very well spread ( there was one 5 weeks ago ) , we'll hear about it in the morning if that was the case.

They put their bets on in far flung places nowadays. Can't get pennies on here, the once great exchange

if people though it had a realistic chance of winning it wouldnt be 50/1..greed overcomes all.
