Was just logged-out because my "session had expired".
Then had to confirm my date of birth, email address, mother's maiden name and create a new password before I could log back in.
WTF??

If this is genuine, how do you know you didn't just give those details to a fraudster?

Completely genuine. Hadn't though of that but think it's real.
Couldn't get back into Betfair with original password but could after changing it so hopefully all okay. Just wondering why I had to do all that though. |

There was a thread on here recently, KC mentioning this. I think some people were having to change their password several times a day.
