He's gonna seriously hurt someone if he's not sorted out. He constantly leans into other horses purposely when on their outside almost putting them into the rail, or like on this occasion purposely jumps across another horse when passing them at a jump. The sooner he's gone the better.

Then the jockey needs to be aware of this, I'd have PMSL if it fell at the last after him doing a clown show on the horse
