its really a wonder anyone bothers any more.

Disgraceful. ATR have no shame, this service is not fit for purpose but they could not care less. Very rarely any issues with RTV.

Doncaster wasn't much better. I'm thinking of going back to TV with the increased delay

every day for over 4 years it's been like this...

utterly shameful from ATR and it's disgraceful Betfair allows it to happen quite frankly...

they should tell ATR to fk off and give them no cash whatsoever...

how on eart anyone can produce such utter filth and get away with it is beyond me...

why no journalists (in racing or otherwise) haven't picked up on this is beyond me...

if anyone knows any investigative journalist who wants some easy pickings then get them to look at why for over 4 YEARS we have been submitted to an absolute complete and utter disgraceful Live Video from ATR please ?

the constant pausing on a virtual DAILY basis...

the delay from 'live' to LV (seems to be anything from 1.5 to 2.2 secs why ?)...

why does Betfair continue to pay ATR good money for such a shockingly disgusting service ?

there are 3 things they could get their teeth in to...

those who let this happen should be utterly ashamed of themselves imv.

Hard to believe we are living in 2024 and we cant get a live video to run smoothly for no longer than 5 secs without a pause (coincedently at a hurdle/fence). A grim weekend of racing :(

so how come race 3 was fine ?

no pauses at all ?

what have they done between races 2 and 3 to 'fix' it ?

and why couldn't they have it in this state PRIOR to race 1 ?

Video back from the moon landing was faster and without intolerable buffering ins and outs...

they give the game away by actually 'fixing' it imv...

if they can 'fix' it they know why it happens...

if they know why it happens they can 'fix' it without it happening every day...

someone needs to do some digging and those responsible for it held to account imv.

I've had no issue with any ATR BFL feed since I updated to v123.0 on Firefox. I've switched off updates since because it'd been a long time since I had full stability on a Firefox version.

why do you bother with an ATR BLV feed when your drone must be anything between 1 and 2 secs ahead and your GPS must be along similar lines jamee ?

Sod's law. That last race kept cutting out. Felt like it was more like a connection issue than the usual ATR skipping problems though.

Told you Hibby. It's been fine every race since 23rd Feb.

Experience probably a combination of browser version, computer power, internet speed, and stream user volume I should think.

well all i can say is you must have top notch equipment jamee...

and everyone else must have cr@p equipment coz mine is like this every bl00dy day...

and has been over 4 years tbh.

I do have high-powered PC and superfast internet. Don't know how much of a difference that makes.

But browser for me is still very important. ATR was skipping badly between Firefox versions 118.0.1 released last Oct and and version 123.0 released last month. I've switched off FF updates now I have a stable set-up.

will try and download the 123.0 version jamee...

can't see it making any difference whatsoever personally.

Yes. About 500mbps to my PC. But sometimes I use my mobile signal which is about 80mbps and there's no obvious difference to the quality or latency of BFL streams.

The markets act exactly the same whether the BFL stream is 1 sec, 2 sec, or 10 secs behind. The drone stream leads the market.

Firefox and ALL browser updates are Very important for your security. I would suggest updating Firefox each month.

I'm on Firefox and I've updated. The ATR streams are stuttering every few seconds for me, almost unwatchable

That's why I don't update. All I want is a stable BFL and I have it with v123.0.
