Didn't watch, but never heard anyone in the media criticise a single ride.

me neither differentdrum...
take a look... maybe i was seeing things ? i mean it wasn't like the horse was a big drifter... exactly the opposite in fact. |

Interesting to see how she goes in the second. Horse very disappointing last time, and hasn't jumped with any fluency both starts.

It was horrendous on the most backed horse in the race, miles too far back, coming forward when all over. Unusually the Mcnanus drifter made running, just caught on run in. Have thought for ages Rachel not too bothered in Ire anymore but wakes up at Chelt.

JP drifter makes the running...
Rachel well backed one gives them over 20 lengths of a start... and the authorities want folk to have pre-race bets... i think i'll not change the habit of the last 20 years thank you very much. |

Was a pathetic effort and of course none of the spineless pundits say anything.

more chance of Putin not winning the recent Russian 'election' tbh ginger.

obviously i will be checking the IHRB website to see if the Stewards noticed...
i expect to see a blank sheet of paper tho... ![]() |

ITV viewers don’t see this sort of thing they see her trying like a bear and getting all the applaud…..golden girl…..if only..

Good analogy HH.
Lined up eight wide on Killaney King and got carted to the front. Horse looks a very expensive dud. |

To be fair about the Cheltenham winners, Captain Guinness was fortunate the favourite exited, and Slade Steel took advantage of the slowest ground to open the Festival in many a year.

Cheltenham Festival is one thing...
maiden/novice hurdle at Cork on a sleepy Thursday is another differentdrum... i tend to take more notice of meetings like Cork tbh... more going on imv. |

057A Welcome To Student Raceday M'dn H'dle
At the request of the Raceday Stewards, M.M. McDonagh, rider of Milteye (GB), trained by E. J. O'Grady, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran keen for the first mile and then just stayed on one paced thereafter. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- as expected... nowt to see. |

i will be checking to see if the Irish Stewards asked any Q's regarding lovely Rachel's ride in the first at Naas today...
where her horse drifted fairly dramatically... her stablemate was backed fairly dramatically... and she made virtually no effort imv up the home straight... and i fully expect the Irish Stewards to have been watching Loose Women during the race. |

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Jasko Des Dames (FR), trained by Henry de Bromhead, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
At the request of the Raceday Stewards, Rachael Blackmore, rider of Jasko Des Dames (FR), trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her mount was outpaced down the back and finished one paced. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- how does she know it was one-paced ? she never asked it to quicken at any stage imv... utterly laughable stuff... awful. |
