Sparrow, As mentioned contacted me out of the blue, all sorts of info available bla bla bla, outcome I fell for it not massively but after a good start for him I paid him his winnings, however the he asked me to lay horses for him. You can guess the rest after losing I asked him for his money and yes STILL WAITING my fault for being taken in BEWARE..

Glasgow Calling I was cold called/ contacted by this guy, who told me he had tried to contact me the day before when he was going to ask me to put a bet on for him, he showed a winning bet slip which appeared genuine , stamped and timed by a leading UK bookie. Then gave me a free TIP which won, then proceeded to ask me to put on for him on an odds to service, so I fell for it ant it was going ok sent him winnings and won for myself. Then he asked to LAY a horse and that duly got beat, however when he then laid a winner he fell behind, so naturally I asked for the money and he agreed to pay, but still waiting. Some will say my fault and I agree completely, but just a warning to others, this guy lives in Motherwell I believe. DO NOT GET INVOLVED ..

For what it’s worth Paul use to post on the forum,around 15 years ago I met him in lanzarote where he was living at the time ,when he moved back to Scotland I saw him at the Scottish national fixture and he came to the festival for a couple of years,it’s probably around 7 years since I last saw him and I know people change,but I didn’t have him down for doing this sort of thing what I do know is he is the most unorganised person I have ever come across and I think you will get paid I know you shouldn’t have to persevere but do ,do I’m not trying to make excuses for him and I may be wrong but I found him a decent person |

Morning, just to put the record straight this is 100% not me.
The only reason I found this is because I had a strange comment on one of my business posts on Facebook and googled the details and found this. Jerseyboy please feel free to call me on my phone number on the imperial racing website, as soon as you speak to me I’m sure you will realise it was a different person that you spoke to. The guy you are looking for is also called Paul Costello he has been involved in flat racing for a number of years, I have been mistaken for him before (mainly to do with the buying of horses, this is a new one) because we have the same name and are Scottish and from what I understand he is not a reputable character.
