A 7YO who was a good second on his recent reappearance in a 5f Listed race at Southwell.

Has won at up to 7f but has never raced beyond that trip, but now steps up to 12f? Shocked

He's out of a Darshaan mare, which would usually be positive for middle distances, and is related to 10f+ winners, but he's by Invincible Spirit, so it will be interesting to see how he fares if he runs.

Don't you need 3 runs to get in a/w finals day. Probably no other race he is qualified for so get the 3rd run in.

If china is right it is a good move by connections but a very unsatisfactory situation for punters.

Had to have a double take when I saw that George!

Generally pretty relaxed in his races so decent chance of staying Excited

This from the a/w Championships website.

1. A horse must have run a minimum of three times from 17th October, 2023 to 22nd March, 2024 (inclusive) on the all-weather surfaces in Great Britain, Ireland and France; or twice on the all-weather surfaces in Great Britain, Ireland, France and once in Dubai at Meydan (dirt) or in Saudi Arabia at King Abdulaziz Racetrack (dirt).

Would have a decent chance in the sprint final as well, although Albasheer looked impressive last night on its Third qualifying run.

Brilliantly deduced, china, and being rated 105, as you say, presumably alternative opportunities have been thin on the ground.
