Check a database for grade 1 favs under BSP 1.5 and I'm pretty sure it's around break-even because there's no conspiracy.

Certainly cost me a bundle with all the doubles, trebles, quadruples etc rolling onto it, All others had won earlier the 2 odds on shots and a couple yesterday.

Last season he was a chancy jumper eg skimming a few fences repeatedly in his races. This season he seemed to be more adapt and professional. But, yesterday the signs were clear at the beginning eg flicking a few before stumbling badly on landing; Townend was correct to ease him off and called it a day. Otherwise, he'd experienced the same fate as Killultagh Vic ie off the track for over a year, and never the same horse again.
Bad luck backers, I was one of them in a few trebles and accas. Painful but part of racing; greed surpass my judgement. He was the most certain in them because of his jumping. |

the ch chase always been a car crash of a race its the worst race in the calender fo every horse turning up and showing its form, think thats 8 odds on shots/favs beaten in recent yrs and thats on slow ground, small fields and soft fence,s ,as compared to dickenson/nichlson etc era

I place laid the horse at 1.07 for a nice return. Was always a chance he would come a cropper.
