Ever ran in the Cross country race at Cheltenham before? I can't find one.

No, and it's actually not a bad field for a Mickey Mouse race, five in the field have a PR over 160, with a couple over 170.

Yes Andrew but has to be a doubt about it being run, wonder if the last 2 races will be brought forward if it's off, doubt it just let the boozers fill the coffers of the bars more.

Would be looking at Laying  Minella Indo and also possibly in the place market, so hope it's on.

Better race than the GN if properly funded.

It is a great field since Gordon Elliott began treating it as a Grand National trial. It is vastly changed since the old days of Spot Thedifference and whatever else Enda Bolger trained in his back garden.

But I do wonder if it was Enda & JP who gave Elliott the idea in the first place when they won it with Garde Champetre who had cost JP £500k. So much for the Corinthian spirit!

It used to be a Mickey Mouse race. Now it is a Mickey Mouse race with good horses.
