I am not in Cheltenham but after 4 nearly dry days here in Somerset, the torrential overnight rain has started the flood alerts all over again. Right across the roads in places today.

Sage, on the local news last night, a farmer near Wedmore being interviewed, don't know if you saw it? Basically saying couldn't get cattle out into the fields, never seen it so flooded etc

February was brutal, the water table is high as it has ever been but maybe not in the cotswolds.
