Where is the offer please?
By:
revs, I usually get that offer each year, they were offering it for Black Friday last year. The email I got for Cheltenham is offering £14.99, half price apparently (I didn't realise it had gone up to £30pm. In the past when I have taken up the £9.99 offer it has been a min 12 month contract, but free to cancel afterwards.

Still no answer as to where we can access this offer.
By:
thought you had to be a new customer...ie not a returning customer for these offers..
By:
Well I expect so but not knowing or seeing anything about the offer we don't know.

You can get them as a returning customer, I've managed it three times over the years by phoning them (but always after cancelling for six months or more). This was the 2023 Black Friday offer which expired:
https://www.racingtv.com/blackfriday?utm_source=crm&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=blackfriday23&dm_i=7JOU,4YVJ,13DYNM,K5EC,1 Normally Black Friday and occasionally Cheltenham Festival are the only time I see £10 offer, although this year it is £14.99. |

Thank you all for the information although I doubt I will get any joy being an existing customer.

Just spoke to them and they told me to ring back in a couple of months when my contract is up.
By:
If you are already a customer then there is not much of a saving over the yearly subscription anyway.
Monthly = 3 months @ £10 with this offer and then 9 months @ £49.95 a month which comes to £479.95 for the year. Annual = £499 for a year. |

I pay £18 at the moment and will not be paying extra considering the pictures are behind the free service on here.

Problem was both threads together on the same page.

By:
£49.95 per month is criminal for old information that has already been acted on (hence pricewise without the price)
By:
Might subscribe for £10 a month BUT are you tied into a years subscription so you pay £49.95 for 9 months or can you get out by giving 7 days notice before the three months is up?
I think you can get out after three months but would like to be sure . |

Just gone through the process and it states "Cancel anytime" so looks good

By:
Give yourself a calendar reminder to cancel in time

I have weaned myself off the rag not easy taken a couple tries bit like a pint and a cig anyway was daily then always weekends and big meetings and now nothing no withdrawal symptoms won't be getting involved either over Chelters. As for the site don't tend to look there as often use much more informative other ones pigs you off when you click and is half a story so I don't bother.

Tried signing up and got "Something has gone wrong and your payment has been unsuccessful" -tried again and got the same -double checked all details which were correct -so I'll live without it .
