Why is betfair asking me to reset my password all the time, i'm getting forgotten password on signing in then i have to change my password to get onto site. This is happening every week for the last few weeks. Anyone else getting this problem.

@EMR have you checked My Account -> Account Details -> Security Settings?  You can see if someone else has been trying to access your account and tried enough unsuccessful logins by not guessiing your password to trigger this?

Check your security page for suspicious failed log-ins. If someone uses an incorrect password 3 times it forces a password reset.

Make sure you have 2FA switched on your account.

with the exception of whoever it was who did not own a smartphone, I don't see why everyone on here would not have 2FA set up.

You can even set it to only demand a 2FA code when a new device tries to log in, if you find it too intrusive every time (I have it on always).
