Presumably his account has just been switched to the new version of sportsbook.
He should think himself lucky it's only just gone over. For a while it was so full of bugs that you couldn't even bet to SP.

Still seems to be missing the enhanced places facility.
Mine went new format with no SP option about three or weeks ago.
Told them on feedback I would never use it if SP option stayed unavailable.
It went back to old format a few days later but has now reverted to the new style again.
SP option seems to available this time though.
