Less runners so less losers.  Bookmakers the most unhappiest.

I'm off to Huntingdon soon, 42 runners for the six races which is not too bad really.

Any tips or placepot hints greatly received.
A lovely sunny afternoon to look forward to, happy days.

All the non-runners, presuming ground? Is it really that bad? It's not rained that much today even...

better pulling them out than flogging them on ground they're not going on

155 Newbury yesterday

Bill Baxter 9/2cf  tailed off, no chance on the ground
Jetoile 8/1 tailed off, no chance on the ground
Highstakesplayer 9/2cf tailed off, no chance on the ground

none of them, and plenty others, should've been running yesterday

Take No Chances a n/r today.

was pulled out of a race at Ffos Las due to the ground (Soft) in Nov '22.  But ran 2nd at Mkt Rasen on Soft a year later.  surely soft is soft, same as heavy is heavy ??

Yeah I'm wet behind the ears hulk Laugh

How many times you heard a trainer say we don't know whether the horse will like it this soft and than hacks up!

I would write to Tom lacey and see if you can become his assistant Laugh

And I don't know why I'm asking this because only bet I've seen you put up is a 20 quid bet(no profits in sight) but post your big lays from the awful Newbury ground, must of made a packet yesterday.

said i laid the fav in the 340.  the usual fkwits waited to see if it won or not then crawled back into their cesspit when it got beaten.  if it had won it would've been the most commented on fred all day.

Be very careful if you're playing today. Looks swamp like conditions. How many will get through it?

13 books in Tatts and 2 on the rails and quite a sparse crowd for a Sunday meeting.

15/8 Balhamber on every single board, 3.15 on here.

more n/rs the better for the ppot

put in every runner after race 1 in the hope of a handy payout. had 3 in the 1st and one of them fell and brought down the other 2. out

wasnt for pennies either  Sad

There's a new one now. The 'Bawtry Road straight'.
