Tongue in cheek

You should be careful who's cheeks you poke your tongue in Quixall, Rico went to his doctors with mysterious scratches on his arms, the doctor immediately recognised them as being caused by an African Grey which Rico confirmed probably happened when he found an oil lamp on the beach and wished for an exotic bird.

The doctor then asked him to stick his tongue out and stated " Looks like you've had a cockatoo on your tongue as well"!!
