I'm taking a chance with Scotch On Da Rocks in the 2.45 Lingfield. They have waited a long time to give this beast a chance and it's been backed from 11s into 7/2 so there is confidnce behind it and the opposition is medium at best.
For the (nap) I'm going for Rushmount in the 3.53 Thurles. Seems to have the best form imho. G/l if you are a punter. (someone who actually places a bet)

Thanks Dragon It went odds on after my money went down only to go back out to 5/4. Some punters must have made money IR. As I said, it won in a canter. That aside, like many races on here the traders make their money pre-off.

Rushmount (IRE) 10/11F Michael O'Sullivan Jonathan Sweeney 7 114 – – – – Travelled strongly, raced in third, not fluent when pecked on landing 3 out, challenging towards near side 2 out, soon led narrowly, went clear when pushed out after last, comfortably (op 4/5 tchd 8/11) I'm a big fan of the jockey. Vastly underrated imo.Keeps a cool head and never panicked when third. Approaching two out it was all over bar a fall. |
