Remember at college when training to be an Engineer they showed us an old B/W film where they did make a Silk like purse from a sows ear.
Silk Purse trained by Butler, already had a winner, but someone has tried by mating a Derby winner with a Dam by an Eclipse winner, 200/1 but stranger things have happened.
