Anyone's exchange balance stuck on the wrong amount?

Mine just keeps going down

It happens sometimes. Pressing withdraw should show an up-to-date balance. I suspect but cannot prove that updating the balance can get dropped when the Betfair hamster wheel is too busy updating prices and taking bets, but it might just be a bug in untested, badly written code.

Mine shows a negative amount - which just can't happen.

Mine is horribly wrong. I laid Sheff Utd  and have been credited 4 times and debited 5 times (several with the word error alongside). So down £30 rather than up £30. Never happened before in 20 years.
Laid Luton and have got out at a good profit. It remains to be seen what happens on the account at the end of the game.
