A little bit of that 1000 lay was me. TPD data error in the last furlong. Most likely lots of that £365 was also GPS money.

m8 just told me before..watched it said where has it went 1000?  was never more than 1L down last 1.5f...even more incredible he said was 1.1 in foto even after the slo mo which never happens when im playing.

GPS error in the last 200 yards. Most if not all of the 1000 laid probably came from GPS players.

Went from 1.01 out to 2.0 before the slo-mo then back to 1.01 and out to 1.17 after the slo-mo. Big money too with a bag sat at several prices. Presumably the lucky recipients of the 999/1 were laying some off.

Actually, 1.17 drifted still further out to 1.25 by the end of photo betting with plenty available to back.

A whopping £42k was traded in the photo betting.

jamee, what exactly was the GPS error?

Looks like coordinates went wrong for a couple of seconds 100m out. TPD reported it slowing right down and then suddenly shooting forward 30m in less than half a second. On the map tracker it was running on and off the track.

Oh dear! I'm guessing if you play purely off the data you have to have loss limits built in. Have there been any saddle cloth mix ups in the UK to your knowledge? There were a handful in US last year, Golden Gate more than most.

1000  winner 2 races together    has that happened before ?

winner was never more than a 20/1 shot (if as much as that) the whole race.  think we might just hear  a bit more about this.

In the US there's probably double figures a year. In the UK I've only spotted one since the summer. Ling 3.10 on 23rd december.

just looking at the whole thing this morning Rico packed in very early sat   but not really into photos like I was before the slo mo's.

No. Should have been but I was too emotionally invested in realising my GPS automation had already laid it at 1000.

I’m sure when I looked there was only £3 at 1000, then pennies at the rest of the prices.

the £365 was a request..my mate said £3 but the amount above says ..

Ah right. I remember having a quick look at the graph out of interest after the race, and I thought it said £3. Could be wrong though as only had a quick glance.

aye strange as i sed my m8 sed £3..if above was copied from graph you'd assume was right.

yes i assumed what you had done...strange as others sed was only £3 ish

I only saw £3 on the API data too, and £0 on a couple of other prices, perhaps 900 and 990 but I'm guessing at those two prices a little.

still cant fathom out why even if you'd just done 2k but still left you level on the day you didnt have a full bank bet on a photo winner at those prices as going from the official print it must have looked a clear winner after the slo mo.

I was busy working out how I'd just laid a 999/1 winner. I don't think I was paying any attention to the photo market at all. A learning for next time.
