In the winter months, Gosforth Park is a real home from home to Great Colachi, and I cant resist a small wager on him here tonight at double figure odds.
At 11 yrs old, its likely we wont be seeing too much more of him at the Newcastle venue, and today offers him a real opportunity to add to his previous 8 course victories.
What encourages me, is that he's reunited with Joe Fanning here, who has an impressive record of 2 Wins & 3 2nd places from 6 runs when onboard the old timer. At 12/1 I'm willing to take a chance he can record his 9th course victory today.
Good Luck
