My diagnosis is bladder cancer. It's a bit personal that's why the palace is not telling. Also repetitive treatment is radiotherapy or chemotherapy with chemo my best bet. If it was really serious there'd be greater signs of panic. Could be more systemic form of cancer like lymphoma, but the treatment is more debilitating. Could be that having seen photos of the King's fingers. If the cancer was found during the op or on pathological examination of prostate tissue, more likely bladder. If found on scan, could be more serious. Prostate cancer can metastasise to the lymph nodes, but the King does not have that appearance. A bill for this opinion has been sent to Buck House. Whatever the condition I wish HRH a speedy recovery.
