When there are 2 day weekend meetings, the Friday cards are often at least as good as the Saturday ones but on days like today, we have Catterick and Southwell jumps and 2 low grade flat meetings. I have struggled to find a single race that I would pay to watch.

Never mind sage with 4 grade 1 races at Leopardstown tomorrow.
I can only get excited by decent Racing i never watch mid week garbage.

No I have a bias towards class 4 races and higher apart from maidens. Lingfield is not northern is it?

There are some quality courses in the North if you start from north of Birmingham. Aintree, Doncaster, Haydock, Wetherby, York, Carlisle, Newcastle, Hexham and Ayr. The most competitive though are Cheltenham Newbury and Sandown over jumps and Newmarket, Newbury, Ascot, Sandown and Goodwood on the flat.
Checked reliable source yesterday, he’s had two winners and one placed at 12/1 with one race to go, smashed the sp’s on those picks
