Very disturbing documentary showing a mentally ill woman being arrested after threatening to jump off Bristol suspension bridge, disgusting behaviour by the officers involved and very hard to watch. CPS decided not to charge them, disgraceful.
The coppers in both cases should have been thrown out, if thats just a snapshot of what goes on daily we are truly phecked. The copper that had alleged sexual encounters with the drunk girl actually done very well out of it financially. You really couldnt make it up.

The bent copper that took advantage of the drunk girl, and taxpayers money (4yrs on full pay) should be in the slammer; his wife probably as blind as a bat too. For him to use ptsd as the excuse due to work as a copper was pathetic.
I think the "Independent" panel adjudicating could not have lived in the real world; the bent copper was bigger and stronger than the woman yet he'd not fight her off. I think this decision was considered more financially appropriate and lesser stigmatic to the "reputation" of serving police officers.
I'm gobsmacked!

Problem is as regards the two mental health cases, the young coppers don't have the life experience and maturity to deal with mentally ill people. As the police federation rep himself said because of all the violent drunken/drugged up people they have to deal with on a daily basis they get desentisised to people who are in need of help. A truly shocking documentary! "I'm going to parvo someone today", one of the coppers said and he picked on the most vulnerable person to do it to.

'stewarts', that was no excuse; the subject was a female - not a drunken yob on a weekend. I think they were unsuited by being coppers. I think they left the force voluntarily than faced disciplinary internal action.
I do not think the police fed rep helped matters either nor the police force. His comments were ill-judged and inappropriate on this particular case.

If the abnormal behaviour of some police officers screened last night was replicated in other police forces up-and-down the country good luck to Joe public.

Just watched this. While there was some very poor behaviour by the police, I was kind of expecting worse. The copper shagging the drunk bird got away with one, and got paid handsomely for it too.
I’ve had far worse happen to me in the back of police vans in the 90’s! Only difference is I probably deserved it!
