Grew up thinking the death penalty was barbaric....Not anymore my views have completely changed over the last ten Years....I would even vote Tory if they brought the death penalty back.

Ditto acey. The PC brigade get plenty of time on the show but refused my views to Kentish.

Leicester should read Nottingham. All about the murderer, nothing about the victims or their families.
Not much consolation but the attorney general is looking into the sentence arguing that it was unduly lenient. |

Unfortunately, the 'do-gooders' took over this country a long time ago. Victims of crime were thrown to the wolves.

Those who live in the UK live in a degenerate liberal democracy, a moral cesspit where the victims have NO human rights but the scum perpetrators have plenty!

The law is bizarre sometimes. How can someone be sentenced for manslaughter, attempted murder but not murder in the same incident? (depending on whether the poor victims survive or not). Apparently murder cannot apply in cases of diminished responsibility but attempted murder can.

Agree with Acey regarding death penalty , although voting Tory would be stretching it a bit

The death penalty is the only option imo.
All the other lefty handwringing sentences have failed. Plus, i don't want my tax spent on looking after this piece of 5hit |

Hitman in the US got executed by nitrogen in the early hours here. Not pleasant apparently. But good enough for the hitman who murdered the preacher's wife.
I can't speak for the geezer in the opening post but I'm fairly sure I could fool any Psychiatrist. Bad upbringing, plenty crack cocaine, continuous voices in my head etc. It can't be that hard and plenty will use it after this massacre and previously. |

It's a tragedy that he struggled for 20 minutes. The tragedy is that it wasn't longer.

It's also a tragedy that the Nottingham monster was tasered ..

You would not have to fool a trick cyclist!!

Desperation from the conman who cannot read posts when charity welching is mentioned.

What some on this thread are missing is this is not the soft option.
Murder = prison for life = up for parole in 25/30 years. Secure psychiatric hospital = in there till he dies (as the judge said). No privacy. No freedom. |

A consultant psychiatrist on LBC was asked that by detaining him in hospital would he be forced to take medication. He said yes but also said the same is applicable in prison.

I heard the interview & he did not say that. He said can be forced in hospital but NOT in prison.

Seems to be plenty more than you get on your aftertiming threads Mr Conman, pay up or shut up imvho!!!

Different from what I heard Slicer. He would still be under medical supervision in prison. Easily googled.

**Ian Payne show. 4am-7am.

Fair enough-respect- no offence intended but I'm sure I heard right on Nick F's show this morning. Might be under supervision but in prison more human rights to decline treatment unlike in hospital.

By:
No probs Slicer. I've known you for a long time now and I am pleased you stopped charging for info.!!
