Why is support so slow and useless?

My bruvva has sent them an ID and proof of address a week ago but it's still not verified. It used to take just a few hours.

It's weird that they asked my brother to re-verify his account but not mine. Maybe it's something about bf bot manager use? I never used that on my account.

He had a bot running 24/7 then suddenly they returned his account balance and asked for verification.
