Whats peoples opinion on the going as the times for first hurdle race 3.38 sec slow,first chase 3.63 fast, 2nd chase 2.63 fast, how the hell can it be given as soft going.

since they did the drainage work in 2022 hardly ever testing ground @ leafy now
Looks soft,g/soft on chase course but the times are way faster than that.
maybe its the class of horses running thats bettter than normal, i dont know.
its impossible for any horse to run under std on genuine soft ground
light rain overnight it will be the top couple of inches that is loose hence looks soft
Thats correct so it makes me wonder about the correct distances they are running today dont know wether any rail movements have been done.
at the last meeting in dec a cl5 chase over 2m was 7s over std on offically g/s
anyone going to leafy expecting a slog on chase track now hasn't watched racing there since end of 21/22
