i have chronic asthma all year round. however, it always is worse on cold winter days like these. weirdly i wheez more if i sleep on my left side! just look forward to spring and the craven meeting |

I used to get it in my teens, there were Do-Do tablets at the chemist in those days, banned now.
Failing that I drank a mug of very hot tea, don't know if it was the steam or warming the tubes inside, but that eased it. |

I have chronic asthma, used to be horrible at night. Fostair (prescribed) improved mine by about 95%
