Sounds a mess Celtic tbh.

Live on firesticks here and never ever watch live tv apart from the Sky News app.

Hope you get it sorted   Happy

HD ready TV, just decent aerial required?

Yes I rang Sky and complained that because I hadn't been warned they would then be in breach of their contract. I got a satisfactory outcome though.

not where I am swifty  too many hills.  All bbc SD went last week. Been flashed up on channels for weeks.  Also ITV4 no longer on an SD box.  I've got bbc i-player on smart tv and run an HDMI from computer for hd pics on other terrestrial channels. Blow buying an HD box 'til nearly everthing goes !

all my 'main' channels have been HD for ages...

even BBC Parliament tbh.

Sky said it was the fault of the BBC but I said I paid Sky for my package and they had no right to remove those channels and expect me to pay the same prices.

If you pay extra for the HD channels then you are ok.

I now have all the HD channels until the end of my contract when I will have to argue again.

the issue for some is that they don't have an hd box sparrow, a lot of people were using old thompsons and original sky boxes (for a reason) and they need to upgrade now if they want bbc stuff

as above with howards post they put banners on certain tv shows like the 6pm news for weeks, ruined it because you couldn't see sophie raworths legs

Mine is a SkyQ box elise with a non smart LG TV if that made any difference. As far as I was concerned I wasn't going to pay for something I no longer was receiving.

Only tested it on racing mitolo and RUK is about 35 secs , real time pictures no interest to me as never play in-running or spontaneous race by race stuff.

Also haven't watched any live tv for over 12 months and there's a million things to watch on the dodgy stick.

As stated love Sky News so do use that app but not tested how many secs behind real time as it's irrelevant really.

Don't blame you if they were asking for extra to watch the same progs. As people could do what I do.  The bbc pictures on my smart tv aren't quite as good as running the cable from computer. And I get the better sound from a sony speaker I use with the computer.
