Patrick likes to go wide in these events but with that engine under the bonnet no worries today.
Gone in my note book. Grin

I was going to back it Today but decided to have a Tenner Antepost @ 19. Just one of many earmarked for the race i suppose, but sure looked the part.

I looked at her in the paddock and thought she had a plain head but overall she was okay and backed her @ 1.72..I am going to but my neck on the line by saying I don't think it was a great bumper, many of them looked very poor imo..I'm sure if I get it wrong I'll be told in no uncertain terms ...She was impressive and I never had a moments worry I would collect...

I think you would be sticking your neck out a bit more if you suggested it WAS a good race.

Not sure who bought it, but a surprise, given the pedigree, that none of the big owners picked it up.

We all Know, except Wonky, it was a very poor bumper. Wonky wouldn't know if he was looking at muffin the mule or Frankel ffs.
Report Mat22 • January 16, 2024 12:36 PM GMT
So much negativity on here.....regardless how strong the bumper form will turn out to be she did it doing handstands....
Give the horse a chance, will improve for the run and i will be following it with close interest  Cool

Silly comments about a person who's probably attended more meeting than anyone else in forum history and coming from someone who needs to rely on someone's short odds tips ( oh the irony ) to create his bets whilst his/her only forum contribution is to hi-jack another thread to inform us of triple digit horses that he/she doesn't think will win.

Agree with Mat22 , even if the best bumper around had won that race it couldn't possibly have been any more impressive , so it's obviously total guesswork predicting how good/average the horse may turn out to be after that first run Happy

when frankel won the European Breeders Fund Maiden first time out, beating Nathaniel, people were on here saying it wasn't a great maiden.

true story.

Interesting regarding future races Mullins seems to mention every option bar Dublin Racing Festival and Cheltenham.

pop yourself over to the champion bumper market and lay everything looking to get on it.  free munneeee.

you're welcome

The winner is slightly above average. The rest have proven or will prove to be not up to much. Therefore it was a poor bumper. Hayden you need to get a grip on reality. I put up what I want to put up on the forum. You also need to invest in a sense of humour. Cheers.

Harrys Annie (IRE) 7, b m 11-4 (Ms Geraldine Fitzgerald)

(Morning price: 13/2 6/1 11/2)
(Ring price: 6/1 11/2 5/1 9/2 4/1 7/2 10/3) SP 10/3

ring price following here.  Mullins must've been watching the price nosedive on here (afternoon Padi) thinking mines an absolute fkng machine, this Harrys Annie must be a bit tasty.  Wasn't.  Not even close to tasty.

elise has filled me in regarding previous forum names slicks , so i can certainly see the funny side now.

No offence mate now i know you don't take your posts too seriously and like both a laugh and a wind up.

Hayden and Elsie you've been sucked in by the lying attention seeking wonky. I've only had this 1 username in over 20 years. Don't need another one. Don't want another one. Don't know how to get another one. Wonky got it into his head I was someone else. And his little brain won't let go. Who knows why. But as he is several trees short of a forest I will put it down to that..
