Isn't it about time we came up-to-date with the non-runner rule? Just how can Via Blanca be deemed to be a runner in this race? It may have come under orders but it certainly took no part whatsoever in the race and it is ridiculous to say it did!!!!

cudnt agree more..abso pathetic..if it doesnt start the race its a nr..quite simple.
I didn't see the head on, was the jockey properly on board?
Reared high as the gates opened and got caught on the stall.
