no idea what his P/L is, haven't backed his selections for years, just post them.

Even if that's true, the fact that it covers last 5 years suggests that perhaps the last 3 or 4 years have been poor, and a bumper one 5 years ago skews the figures?
As with yourself, just note his selections, don't back them
