Having no luck speaking to customer services, thought I’d ask if anyone else is having issues. For last couple of weeks on the HD channel (through Sky) the sound is about 2 seconds ahead of the picture. Doesn’t make a huge difference when watching the racing but interviews and analysis is a nightmare. No other channels are doing this, anyone know if RTV are having an issue?

Have you tried turning Sky all off at the mains and switching back on.
If sound is 2 seconds ahead of pictures you could sell your tv to Rico for big cash!
I had this on an old tv. You can sync the sound
to pictures through tv controls.
Might need to Google instructions for that to match your tv.

If it's only with RTV then ?? I've had this often with all channels , try turning Sky box off as tantpis says, also disconnect and reconnect HDMI cable and maybe use different port if another one is available.
I think you must've been watching James Millman! His mouth is out of sync with the sound but then so is Machin's slightly. I think RTV is out of sync but by 1/3 sec maybe.
