I suppose the slight nuance in the question is - 'on chart' what exactly does that mean - top 10 top 40?  I do however agree he wouldn't be first to spring to mind whatever?

They were actually close, 4th highest I believe.

Shakey seemed to just chime at the right time - wouldn't get a look in during other periods of music probably.
