Britons who turn 14 this year, and anyone younger, will be prevented from ever legally buying cigarettes, rolling tobacco, cigars and much else besides
Wonder if this could be coming down the line for gambling in the next few years, anyone turning 18 in say 2030, for example, and those after them, won't be allowed to bet.

Hard to think of a better gift to organised crime than this sort of ban.
if 14/15 quid for 20 doesnt stop you smoking the uk gov certainly wont 
Will just make the black market even stronger. No-one pays more than 7 quid for 20 ****...
if your paying 4 quid a pack in jaywick more chance off getting burned to death when ighting up than dying of the effects nicotene poisoning,
