Before anyone thinks I’m having a pop it was a great and emotional result but I’ve seen horses pulled up for being in a more promising position that Hewick.

He said he'd have pulled him up if it wasn't the King George.
All that makes you wonder how many horses that get pulled up over the jumps might have gone on to win or place unless of course it was a Grade 1 or 2!
Yes flag you certainly did but how often do questions get asked about horses being pulled out of races? Of course people will argue that the jockey must always err on the side of caution so its a question that will rarely be asked.
Bring back AP. He was happy to scrub them along for 4 miles. Remember Synchronised in the Midlands National?
