Haydock not listed on LV again today...

as i am a wonderful human being i informed Betfair first thing this morning...

still no sign of any LV tho...

I've come to realise it is totally pointless advising Betfair of any error. They will usually get around to fixing it when, and only when, they spot the issue themselves.

Sorry, I was speaking in general terms rather than this specific issue.

Over on the US racing side there are mistakes all over the place. I used to advise Betfair when I spotted something but eventually got bored and stopped. The frequency and speed of resolution didn't seem to change so I concluded that it made no difference. It feels like they only resolve issues they come across themselves.

the only time i ever got thanked for 'spotting' things was when BCM1 was still at Betfair...

i only do it so that i can put it on my list for St.Peter tbh.
