I haven't seen him down to ride for some time. Is he long time injury?

He's supposed to be coming back this month. He had an injury some time ago
A bad knee injury, still not recovered, was due to make a comeback a while ago so can only assume its worse than thought.

Has said he will need a knee replacement when he retires.
im sure i read other day hes chucked it wasnt enjoying it anymore.
I suffered a severe knee injury in August (severed quad tendon) and after operation prognosis is a 12 month recovery . Hopefully he makes a full recovery and returns.
He has been to a few meetings as a spectator recently.
