Anyone else not get their free bet at Cheltenham on Saturday (supposed to be bet £10 and get £5 free bet). Also their "money back all losers" offer (up to £10 for plus card holders) seems fake too as you can back a loser but no sight of your money back free bet! Counter staff say these freebies will be on paid directly your plus card but they simply aren't. Seems small beer to bother trying to deal with customer services over, but how can they market offers relentlessly in shop and then just not honour them!?

The money back as s free bet losers races don't go back on the card, they have to give you a free bet slip. The Cheltenham free bet you would've needed to place the £10 bet on the SSBT and it would have printed out automatically. |

Thanks Joe. I know that's how it's meant to be but at least half the Billy shops round where I live insist that's not the case and refuse to give the free bet slip. As for Chelt, I agree that's how its supposed to work and usually does with the bet £10 get a £5 free, but it just didn't for Chelt on Sat. What time of day did you bet? I was quite early about 10am.
